Kim Ackerman

Kim Ackerman is a photographer, mentor, and hair and makeup artist in Illinois. She infuses her professions to bring her visions to life and ensure her clients are photo ready. Capturing many genres since 2002, she now focuses mainly on boudoir and glamour portraits. With her photography she strives to create a safe place for women and men to express their individualism and sensuality Kim employs ‘concept photography’ and guidance to best capture her client’s character and imagination. Her finished products strive to tell a story, not just one moment. Kim is also passionate about sharing her craft and has presented at national conferences and private workshops in the U.S.
